This is such a cute cake! Just curious though, about how much fondant did you use?
I used a thin sheet of fondant on both cakes the buttercream is always under the fondant with a good coat. I would say less that 1 pound.
Wow, you used a really thin sheet! That's great though, because I hear a lot of people that say a lot of fondant takes away from the flavor
The kind I use tastes good, Fondx, or satin ice. The kind to stay away from is the stuff carried at Michael's and Walmart. If you use quality it tastes good.
